We advertise our properties on various websites, but will always have a list of available inventory on this website.

We sell most properties cash, then deed the property to who every is buying the property. (You can relax knowing that we will give you any special forms needed for recording the deed). Properties can also be sold through escrow if you are more comfortable with that.
