How does the sale process work?

You need to state how you want the deed titled (for example: “John Doe and Jane Doe” Joint With Right of Survivorship”) and what mailing address you would like the deed and future property taxes mailed to. Once the purchase price is paid in full, a warranty deed or other applicable deed is drafted, then notarized to officially transfer ownership to you (There is no need for you to sign anything). Once the deed is signed and notarized it is mailed to you, and once you receive it you must record the deed with the county in which the county is located.

Do I need a lawyer, real estate agent, or need to use escrow?

Only if you feel it’s necessary and financially feasible, as Syrnas Properties does not cover these expenses. Syrnas Properties is competently equipped and has simplified the process for these real estate transactions to make it understandable to all parties involved, cutting out the middlemen and saving you hard earned dollars.

 

What are my payment options?

We accept cashier’s or certified check, money order, wire transfers, credit or debit card, and electronic bank transfers (ACH).

If I am not in the United States may I still buy from you?

Yes! In America land can be bought by anyone as long as you have proof of residency in your country and a valid identification such as a visa, and do not reside in a US trade restricted country.

 

What are the property taxes?

The taxes per property are included in the listing, along with back taxes if any.

Are there utilities such as electricity, sewage systems, plumbing?

Unless noted otherwise , the properties listed do not have traditional utilities, and are excellent for solar, wind, and water reclamation applications.

 

Is financing available?

 

Yes, if a payment plan is not listed on a property, you can get in touch with us and we will work out a payment solution that works for both you and us.  You can relax knowing financing does not require a credit check or other nonsense, just a down payment and arrangement for monthly payments.

 

How is the property so cheap?

 

Here at Syrnas Properties we purchase the land as inexpensively as possible and pass our savings on to you.

May I see the Property in person?

Yes, feel free to tour the property at your own convenience, some properties may be difficult to get to, while others you may be able to drive right up to. Use the GPS coordinates and modern mapping technology to plan your route ahead of time.
